TSUKUNE with TERIYAKI SAUCE

Ingredients (Serves 4) Ingredients for teriyaki sauce
*1/2 cup soy sauce
*1/2 cup mirin sweet cooking sake
*3 tbsp sugar
~ me : 1 tbsp ground sesame
Ingredients for tsukune with shiitake mushrooms and carrots
*300 g ground beef & pork ~ me : all beef
*3 shiitake mushrooms
*1/4 carrot
*1 egg
*2 tbsp plain flour
*1/4 onion
* salt & pepper
Ingredients for tsukune with basil and celery
*300 g ground beef & pork ~ me : all beef
*1/2 celery stalk
*5-6 basil leaves
*1 egg
*2 tbsp plain flour
*1/4 onion
* salt & pepper
(How to make teriyaki sauce)
1. Combine the soy sauce, mirin and sugar in a small pan and bring slowly to a boil.
2. Turn the heat to low when the sugar has dissolved. Simmer for 20-30 minutes to reduce the liquid.
(How to make tsukune with shiitake mushrooms and carrots)
1. Chop the onion roughly.
2. Remove the stems of the shiitake mushrooms.
3. Chop into pieces, the same size as the onion.
4. Chop the carrot roughly.
5. Put the minced meat, egg and plain flour into a bowl. Knead them until sticky.
6. Season with salt and pepper.
(How to make tsukune with with basil and celery)
1. Remove the string from the celery.
2. Chop the celery roughly.
3. Chop the onion roughly.
4. Mix the ground meat, egg, plain flour, salt and pepper. And throw it a few times to let remove excess air.
5. Add the celery and onion, and knead it again.
6. Cut the basil into tiny pieces at the end. Then add to the meat and mix together.
7. Shape the meat into flattish rounds - as large as you like!
8. Turn on the heat to the pan and add a little vegetable oil.
9. Add the tsukune to the pan.
10. Brown them evenly.
11. When they are cooked, dip them in the Teriyaki sauce.

Nyobain resep dari NHK World TV yuuukk ...
Sering nonton acara masak di tv NHK yang dipandu oleh George Williams, Harumi Kurihara & Daniel Kahl suka bikin ngiler ... hehehe ... apalagi keliatannya resep yang sedang dicoba gampang banget bikinnya .... untungnya disini ga terlalu susah untuk mendapatkan bahan-bahannya, jadi aq coba deh ... ternyata enak dan kami sekeluarga suka, makanya jadi sering bikin .. apalagi disajikan unik dengan tusuk sate, Bocils suka banget .. :D
yang penasaran pengen nyoba, ini resepnya ... aq modif sedikit dalam pemakaian dagingnya, karena kami sekeluarga ga makan pork, jadi semuanya diganti daging sapi, juga aq tambahkan wijen pada saus teriyaki-nya ... dimaem hangat, nyam nyaammmm ..
