Chocolate Puding

Makanan fav Bocils adalah semuanya yang serba coklat ... termasuk puding juga sukanya yang coklat seperti ini ..

nah seklia waktu mom Elly sharing resep puding coklat andalannya di millis ... dan seperti biasa, terjadilah wabah puding coklat ... semuanyaikutan bikin ... hehehe ..

termasuk diriku, yang ikutan bikin juga buat cemilan Bocils tercinta ... hanya sedikit aku modif di vla-nya ... kayanya kok tetep lebih asyik kalau vla-nya putih, supaya indah perpaduan warnanya ... ;p

setelah jadi, dihias dengan biskuit isi coklat dan coklat batangan .... wah ... seru banget deh liat Bocils berebut maem .... sluuurrpp ... gimana ga heboh, pudingnya lembut membelai lidah dengan rasa coklat yang dasyaaaaaaaaaaattttt ..... hihihi ...








PUDING COKLAT

Bahan Puding :
1750 ml susu coklat cair
1500 gr gula pasir
50 gr coklat bubuk
2 bungkus agar-agar powder coklat
250 gr DCC (dark cooking coklat) potong-potong kecil

Bahan Vla :
250 ml susu coklat cair
~ me : diganti dengan 250ml fresh milk putih
50 gr gula pasir
2sdm coklat bubuk ~ me : ga pake
1sdm maizena cairkan dengan sedikit air
1sdm Rhum ~ me : ga pake

Cara Membuat :

* Puding :
- campur susu cair dengan gula, coklat bubuk dan agar-agar powder.
- masak di atas api sedang sambil diaduk hingga adonan matang atau mendidih
- angkat adonan dari atas api, aduk hingga uap panasnya hilang
- masukkan ke cetakan yang sudah basahi dengan sedikit air sebelumnya
- biarkan beku dan dinginkan dalam lemari es
- hidangkan dengan Vla

* Vla :
- campur menjadi satu susu cair dan gula pasir
- masak di atas api kecil hingga mendidih
- tambahkan maizena yang sudah dicairkan dengan air sedikit demi sedikit hingga mengental
- angkat dari api sambil terus diaduk hingga uap panasnya hilang
- dinginkan dalam lemari es

CHOCOLATE PUDDING

Pudding Ingredients:
1750 ml of liquid milk chocolate
1500 gr granulated sugar
50 g cocoa powder
2 packets of jelly chocolate powder
250 g DCC (dark cooking chocolate), cut into small pieces

Vla Ingredients:
250ml of liquid milk chocolate
~ me: is replaced with fresh milk 250ml
50 g sugar
2 cocoa powder ~ me : skip
1 tablespoon cornstarch melted with a little amount of water
1 tablespoon rhum ~ me : skip

Directions :

* Pudding :
- mix fresh milk with sugar, cocoa powder and agar-agar powder
- cook over medium heat while stirring until dough is cooked or boiled
- lift the dough from the heat, stirring until the steam heat is lost
- insert into the mold that has been previously wet with a little water
- keep cool in room temperatur and chill in refrigerator until set
- serve with Vla

* Vla :
- mixed into a liquid milk and sugar
- cook over low heat until boiling
- add cornstarch that has been diluted with water little by little, until thickened
- lift from the fire, stirring constantly until the steam heat is lost
- chill in refrigerator
