TIRAMISU KUKUS aka STEAMED TIRAMISU






Penasaran banget waktu di Fb group pada terkena virus cake yang satu ini, seperti biasa virusnya menular kemana-mana, termasuk pada diriku   .... hehehe  ...

setelah lama ga cuma sempet nyatet resepnya, akhirnya dapat juga moment yang pas buat eksekusi ... halaaaaaah  .... :p

pertama kali bikin, biasa toh, masih belum terlalu sukses, agak bergelombang gara-gara ga sabar kepengen nyobain .... hihihi .... dan ternyata mas Ando dan dede Darrell suka banget sama cake cantik dengan kombinasai rasa coklat, keju dan kopi ini, jadi setelah loyang pertama habis pada minta bikinin lagi deh  .... alhamdulillah, sekarang jadi bertambah lagi ide untuk bikinin cemilan & bekal Bocils sekolah ....

TIRAMISU KUKUS 

by Sri Purwanti Dinda Cake 

bahan :
6 btr kuning telur
2 btr telur utuh
1 sdm cake emulsifier
1/2 sdt garam halus
200 gr gula pasir halus
225 gr terigu protein sedang
1/4 sdt baking powder
125 ml minyak goreng 125 ml santan kara
25 grm coklat bubuk ~ bisa diganti dg. 1sdt pasta coklat
2 sdm kopi instan larutkan dg sedikit air jadi pasta
2 bks meises @90 gr
50gr keju parut

cara membuat  :
- siapkan loyang 20x20 cm, olesi dengan sedikit mentega
- Panaskan dandang/kukusan biarkan sampai air mendidih dan beruap banyak.
- Kocok telur, cake emulsifier, gula n garam sampai putih kental.
- Ayak terigu dan baking podwer masukkan ke dalam adonan aduk pelan-pelan dengan spatula
- Masukkan santan kara, dan minyak goreng. Aduk pelan-pelan sampai tercampur rata.
- Bagi adonan menjadi 3 bagian . Satu bagian kasih coklat bubuk aduk rata pelan-pelan tuang di loyang, kukus adonan coklat selama 10 menit.
- Angkat adonan dari kukusan, tabur meises merata.
- Tuang adonan putih di atas adonan coklat, kuukus lagi selama 10 menit.
- Sementara itu siapkan adonan kopi, tuang pasta kopi ke dalam adonan lalu aduk sampai rata. Kalau si adonan putih sudah 10 menit dikukus, angkat dari kukusan, taburi keju parut. Tuangkan sisa adonan kopi.. Kukus lagi sampai keseluruhannya matang, kira-kira selama 20 menit.

STEAMED TIRAMISU 

by Sri Purwanti Dinda Cake 

ingredients :
6 egg yolks
2 whole eggs
1 tbsp cake emulsifier
1/2 tsp fine salt
200 gr of caster sugar
225 gr flour
1/4 tsp baking powder
125 ml cooking oil
125 ml coconut milk
25 gm cocoa powder can be replaced with 1 tsp chocolate pasta
2 tsp coffee powder mix together with a little water until become pasta
180 gr rice chocolate
50 gr cheese, grated

directions :
- Prepare a 20x20 cm baking pan, spread with a little butter
- Preheat the steamer
- Mix all eggs, cake emulsifier, salt & sugar until thick
- Sift the flour and baking powder, add into the batter and gently stir with a spatula
- Add coconut milk and cooking oil, mix well
- Split the dough into 3 parts.
- One part add with cocoa powder/ chocolate pasta, mix well and slowly pour in the baking dish, steamed chocolate dough for about 10 minutes.
- Remove the pan from the steamer, sprinkle with rice chocolate on top, and then pour the white dough over the chocolate dough, steam again for  about 10 minutes.
- Meanwhile, prepare the dough of coffee, add the coffee pasta into the dough and mix well. If the white dough is already 10 minutes steamed, remove the pan from the steamer, sprinkle with grated cheese on top. Pour the remaining coffee dough and steamed whole cake again until cooked, about 20 minutes.
