Puding Mangga ala dapur Deana






Lagi musim mangga ditanah air tercintjah, jadi Papa ikutan heboh beli mangga banyaaaaaak banget ..... udah setiap hari dimakan, akhirnya mulai pada bosen deh  .....  hhhmmm ... harus cari cara lain neh ....

buka lemari dapur ternyata masih punya jelly rasa mangga ..... jadilah pagi-pagi udah ngupas mangga, dan dibantuin mba Dea dibikin deh Puding Mangga-nya .... pas banget dimakan dingin-dingin disaat hari panas sebagai dessert maupun cemilan, udah kebayang nanti pulang sekolah pasti langsung disikat Bocils-ku tercinta  .... :p

bikin yuuk, mudah dan praktis lho  .....  :D

PUDING MANGGA

bahan  :
300 gr daging mangga, cincang kasar
1 bungkus jelly rasa mangga
650 ml air
175 gula pasir  ( bisa ditambah atau dikurangi sesuai selera)
1/2 sdt garam halus

cara membuat :
- campur menjadi satu air + jelly + gula + garam, masak diatas api sedang sambil sesekali diaduk
- bila mulai muncul gelembung-gelembung kecil dibagian pinggir, masukkan daging buah mangga yang telah dicincang, masak hingga mendidih sambil diaduk agar tidak meluap
- matikan api, biarkan uap panasnya hilang, tuang ke dalam loyang, biarkan dingin dalam suhu ruang, setelah dingin masukkan dalam lemari es
- hidangkan dingin

MANGO PUDDING

ingredients  :
300 gr mango flesh, roughly chopped
1 packet of mango-flavored jelly
650 ml water
175 sugar (more or less as you like)
1/2 tsp fine salt

how to make  :
- Mix together   :  jelly + water + sugar + salt, and cook over medium heat, stirring once in while
- When the small bubbles begin to appear, add the mango flesh that had been chopped, cook until boiling, stirring frequently to prevent overflow
- Turn off the heat, let the steam heat is lost, pour into the pan, let it cool at room temperature until set, put into  refrigerator
- Serve cold
