~ Kacang Telur ~

Kami sekeluarga suka banget makan cemilan ini .... paling asyik nyemil pas akhir minggu, kumpul semua sambil nonton film-film baru box office Hollywood .... cuma karena sedang jauh dari tanah air, jadi selama ini selalu minta kirimin dari sana .... sebelnya, klo masih pengen tapi udah ga punya persediaan lagi, bisa bete deh .... hehehe

akhirnya aq cari deh resepnya ... ternyata ada di web NCC ... ya udah nyoba bikin sendiri deh, ternyata semuanya sukaaaaa banget .... makanya jadi sering bikin sekarang ...
makasih banget buat bu Fat yang udah sharing resepnya, jadi bisa buat pengobat kangen saat jauh dari tanah air seperti ini .... :D

buat variasi rasa, aq suka tambahkan juga dengan cabai bubuk, jadi rasanya campuran manis pedas gitu deh ... krrrriiiiiuuuuuuukkkk ...


KACANG TELUR

Bahan:
500 gr kacang tanah
2 btr telur
200 gr gula pasir
1 sdt garam halus
½ sdt vanili
450 gr tepung terigu
1 ltr minyak goreng

Cara membuatnya:
- cuci bersih kacang tanah, tiriskan, taruh dalam nampan, biarkan hingga kering
- kocok telur, gula dan garam hingga kental, sisihkan
- ambil sebagian kacang, tuang sedikit adonan telur, aduk rata.
- taburi dengan tepung terigu, ratakan hingga kacang berbulir-bulir terbalut tepung
- lakukan 2 hingga 3 kali proses ini, sehingga lapisan tepung cukup tebalnya
- ambil lagi sebagian kacang, proses pelapisan lagi, demikian seterusnya hingga kacang terbalut tepung semua
- panaskan minyak goreng dengan api sedang, goreng kacang hingga kuning kecoklatan.
- angkat, dinginkan, simpan dalam toples

NUTS EGGS

ingredients :
500 gr peanuts
2 eggs
200 gr sugar
1 tsp salt
½ teaspoon vanilla
450 gr flour
1 ltr vegetable oil

direction :
- wash peanuts, drain, put in the tray, allow to dry
- beat eggs, sugar and salt until thick. Set aside.
- take some nuts, pour with a little of egg mixture and stir well
- sprinkle with flour, flatten until beans wrapped in a bulleted-grain flour.
- do 2 to 3 times this process, so the flour coating is thick.
- take again some nuts, coating process again, and so on until all the peanuts wrapped in flour
- heat oil over medium heat, fry the peanuts until golden brown, remove, let cool.
- pack in jars
