Kue Pancong

Penasaran dengan kue yang satu ini waktu diposting bu Fatmah di milis ... kebetulan masih punya bahan-bahannya, dan cetakannya juga masih blom diwariskan ... hehehe ...

jadi walaupun lagi repot packing, aq sempetin deh bikin ... aq buatnya pagi-pagi, jadi bisa buat sarapan sekeluarga ....

pas Bocils bangun, langsung pada nanya ... Mama lagi bikin apa ? ... Mama lagi bikin kue pancong, sabar ya sebentar lagi matang neh ... :D

nah begitu matang, langsung deh diserbu ... ternyata semuanya suka ... hhhmm ... bakalan jadi salah satu alternatif kue buat cemilan neh .... ;p



KUE PANCONG

Bahan:
250 gr tepung beras putih
250 gr kelapa, kupas, parut
1 sdt garam halus
650 ml santan
100 ml minyak goreng untuk polesan

Cara membuatnya:
- campur jadi satu tepung beras, kelapa parut dan garam, aduk rata
- tuangi santan sedikit demi sedikit sambil diaduk hingga rata
- panaskan cetakan kue pancong diatas api sedang, poles dengan minyak tipis saja
- tuang adonan hingga penuh, tutup, masak hingga matang
- angkat selagi panas
- taburi gula pasir kasar bila suka

ingredients :
250 g white rice flour
250 gr coconut, peeled, grated
1 tsp fine salt
650 ml coconut milk
100 ml cooking oil to polish

directions :
- mix together rice flour, grated coconut and salt, mix well
- pour coconut milk gradually while stirring until blended
- preheat the pan for Kue Pancong over medium heat, polish with a little oil
- pour the batter until it is full, cover and cook until cooked
- lift while hot
- sprinkle with sugar if you liked

    last time I bought this item was at Puspita the shops selling baking ingredients and baking equipment in Pasar Modern, Bumi Serpong Damai (BSD) ... if you live in Jakarta or Tangerang you can try there ...
