Udah lama denger soal Amris ini, penasaran juga pengen tau kaya seh apa bentuk + rasanya ... kebetulan dimilis ramai membahasnya sekaligus juga beredar resepnya ...
jadi mengawali tahun yang baru ini, aq buatlah cemilan ini untuk keluarga-q tercinta ... cara buatnya sama seperti membuat risoles biasa, hanya bahan-bahan isinya aja yang beda ... dan inilah hasilnya dengan sedikit modifikasi ala dapur Deana ... :D

AMERICAN RISOLES

Bahan kulit:
100 gr tepung terigu
1 sdt garam
3 btr telur
250 ml susu cair
1 sdm mentega, lelehkan
margarine untuk olesan
cara membuat:
- ayak terigu, taruh dalam mangkuk bersama garam. Buat lubang ditengah, pecahkan telur di dalamnya, aduk satu arah.
- tambahkan susu sedikit demi sedikit, hingga adonan menjadi licin dan halus.
- tambahkan susu hingga habis, masukkan mentega leleh.
- tutup adonan dengan plastik, diamkan 30 menit.
- olesi wajan dadar diameter 12 cm dengan margarine, panaskan.
- tuangi 1/4 sendok sayur adonan, ratakan sambil diputar, 2-3 menit, angkat, sisihkan
Bahan isi :
4 lbr Smoked beef, potong kecil 1 x 3 cm
100 gr keju cheddar parut ~ me : dipotong ukuran 1 x 3cm
4 btr telur rebus, potong kecil
1 butir telur, kocok lepas.
250 gr tepung panir.
½ kg minyak goreng
~ me : 150 gr mayones (bila suka)
Penyelesaian :
- bentangkan kulit, isi dengan potongan smoked beef, potongan telur rebus, sedikit keju parut, (~ me : ditambah satu potong keju + 1 sdt mayones ) lipat membuat risoles biasa, lakukan hingga kulit habis, sisihkan
- celupkan risoles isi kedalam telur kocok, lalu gulingkan dalam tepung panir.
- simpan dalam lemari pendingin kira-kira 1 jam.
- goreng hingga kuning kecoklatan
- sajikan dengan saus pedas, atau cabe rawit

AMERICAN RISOLES

ingredients for skin :
100 gr flour
1 teaspoon salt
3 eggs
250 ml of liquid milk
1 tablespoon butter, melted
margarine to spread
directions :
- sift the flour, place in bowl with salt.
- make a hole in the middle, put the eggs in it, stirring in one direction
- put milk little by little, until dough becomes smooth and silky
- put milk until exhausted, put the melted butter
- cover the dough with plastic wrap, let stand 30 minutes
- grease a pan with a diameter of 12 cm with margarine, heat.
- pour 1/4 big spoon of dough, flatten while playing, 2-3 minutes, remove, set aside
ingredients for inside :
4 sheet Smoked beef, cut into small 1 x 3 cm
100 gr grated cheddar cheese ~ me : cut unto small 1 x 3 cm
4 boiled eggs, chopped
1 egg, lightly beaten
250 gr bread flour
½ kg cooking oil
~ me : 150 gr mayonaise ( if you like )
* Finishing :
- put one piece of skin skin, fill with pieces of smoked beef, sliced boiled egg, a little grated cheese, ( ~ me : put 1 slices cheese and 1 teaspoon mayonaise ) fold like an envelope, do it until the skin out, set aside
- put risoles contents into beaten eggs, then dredge in bread flour
- put in refrigerator about 1 hour
- fry until golden brown
- serve with hot sauce, or cayenne pepper
