Bosen dengan nasi goreng yang biasa, jadi pengen bikin yang berbeda .... pas lagi browsing dapet resep ini ... kebetulan punya persediaan salami, ya udah bikin deh .... dimakan anget-anget .... hhhmm ... nyam nyam ...
sekarang jadi salah satu alternatif masakan buat sarapan atau klo lagi males masak .... hehehe
NASI GORENG SMOKED BEEF

Bahan:
2 piring nasi dingin
2 bh cabe gendut
5 bh bawang merah
2 bh bawang putih
1 sdt garam
1 sdt chicken powder
½ bh bawang Bombay, iris tipis
3 sdm mixed vegetable, siap pakai ~ me : daun bawang + kacang polong matang
2 lbr smoked beef, iris kecil ~ me : 3 lembar salami
3 sdm mentega untuk menumis
Cara membuat :
- campur jadi satu cabe gendut, garam, chicken powder, bawang merah, bawang putih, blender hingga halus, sisihkan
- panaskan wajan, masukkan margarine, tumis bumbu halus dan bawang Bombay hingga wangi, masukkan smoked beef dan mixed vegetable. Aduk rata.
- masukkan nasi dingin, aduk hingga rata dan semua nasi terlumuri bumbu. Aduk terus sampai nasi panas
- angkat, sajikan hangat

ingredients :
2 plates of cold rice
2 pcs chili
5 pcs red onion
2 cloves garlic
1 teaspoon salt
1 tsp chicken powder
Bh ½ onion, thinly sliced
3 tablespoons vegetable mixed, ready-made ~ me: chopped spring onion + peas
2 pcs smoked beef, sliced small ~ me: 3 pieces of salami
3 tablespoons butter for sauteing
directions :
- mix together chili , salt, chicken powder, onion, garlic, blender until smooth, set aside
- preheat the frying pan, put margarine, spices and saute onion until fragrant
- put smoked beef and mixed vegetable, mix well
- put the cooled rice, mix well until rice hot
- put on the plate, serve warm
