Miso Soup

Waktu masih di Iran sering nonton acara masak di tv Jepang, NHK ... nah pas suatu ketika didemokan cara membuat Miso Soup ini ... karena udah lama penasaran, jadi pas liat cara bikinnya yang keliatan gampang banget jadi kepengen bikin ... ;p

kebetulan dikasih Miso, Dashi sama Seaweed-nya sama Mba Ira, sahabat tersayang-q di Terhan .... (*ga modal.com* deh judulnya ... hihihi ) ..... jadi nyoba bikin deh ... ternyata memang semudah resepnya ... dan Papa juga suka banget, dimakan anget-anget disaat udara dingin ... hhmmmm ..

sekarang jadi salah satu menu fav klo lagi males masak ... cari yang gampang + tinggal cemplang cemplung ... ;p

yang kepengen bikin juga monggo dicopy resepnya ...
