Banana Springroll

salah satu cemilan fav keluarga ini memang selalu nikmat disajikan kapan saja ... sampai Papa yg ga terlalu suka ngemil manis2 pasti ga nolak klo dibikinin ini ... juga mas Ando yg paling suka dibikinin ini untuk bekal sekolah, sekali bawa bisa 10 buah lho ... hehehe

cemilan ini bisa dibuat sehari sebelumnya, simpan dalam kotak plastik yg tertutup rapat, tinggal goreng deh pagi2 ... :D

tips : jangan disimpan dalam keadaan mentah terlalu lama, karena cairan pada pisang akan membuat kulitnya lembek dan ga krispi lagi saat digoreng ....

BANANA SPRINGROLLby dapur Deana
bahan :
8 lembar kulit lumpia siap pakai ukuran kurang lebih 20x20cm, potong 2 sama besar
4 bh pisang ambon, potong menjadi 16 buah (atau pisang apa saja sesuai selera)
100 gr keju cheddar, potong menjadi 16 buah
coklat meises/nutella, secukupnya


cara membuat:
- taruh selembar kulit lumpia, beri 2 potong pisang + 1 potong keju + 1 sdt coklat meises atau 1 sdt nutella, lipat kulit seperti membuat lumpia/ risoles
- goreng dalam minyak sedang hg. kecoklatan
- angkat, sajikan

untuk 16 buah

BANANA SPRINGROLLby dapur Deana
ingredients:
8 sheets of spring roll skins ready made size about 20 x20cm, cut into 2 equal
4 banana, cut into 16 pieces
100 g cheddar cheese, cut into 16 pieces
chocolate jam / Nutella, as you like
direction:
- put a sheet of spring roll skin, give 2 pieces of banana + 1 slice cheese + 1 teaspoon Nutella, fold of skin like a spring roll
- fry until cooked

note :
should not be stored in a raw for too long, because the fluid in the banana will make the skin soft and no longer crunchy when fried
serve 16
