Wingko Babat

Salah satu makanan tradisional dari tanah air-q tercinta Indonesia ini ... hihihi ... *lebay.com* ... emang selalu bikin kangen ...

untungnya disini bahan2nya gampang dicari, paling salah satunya dg. mengganti kelapa muda parut dg. kelapa kering ... untuk mengimbanginya, aq tambahkan dg. santan supaya kelapanya agak2 moist gitu ... jadi rasanya ga jauh beda dg. klo bikin ditanah air ... :D


WINGKO BABAT

Bahan:
600 gr tepung beras ketan, lebih baik yang baru ditumbuk
500 gr gula pasir
600 gr kelapa, cari yang agak muda, parut kasar
(bisa diganti dg. kelapa kering + 350ml santan kental, aduk rata)
1/2 sdt garam
1/2 sdt vanili
3 butir telur ayam

Cara membuat :
- campur jadi satu gula, garam dan kelapa hingga tercampur rata, remas2 hingga agak sedikit berair
- masukkan tepung ketan, aduk hingga rata
- tambahkan telur ayam, aduk hingga rata
- tuang adonan di loyang datar yang sudah disemir minyak, ratakan
- Panggang kurang lebih 25 menit suhu 170C hingga permukaannya kuning kecokelatan
- angkat, dinginkan, potong2 sesuai selera

WINGKO BABAT

Ingredient :
600 gr glutinous rice flour
500 gr sugar
600 gr coconut, look for a slightly younger, grated
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
3 eggs

How to make :
- Mix together sugar, salt and coconut until well blended
- put glutinous rice flour, mix well
- Add chicken eggs, mix well
- Pour the batter on a baking sheet that has been polished with cooking oil
- Bake approximately 25 minutes with temperature of 170C
