bahan kulit :
200 gr terigu
1 butir telur
1/2 sdt garam
150ml air
50 gr mentega , cairkan
50 gr mentega untuk mengoles
cara :
- campur jadi satu terigu + garam + air, aduk rata hingga halus,tambahkan telur + mentega, aduk rata
- panaskan teflon ukuran 15cm, beri sedikit mentega, tuang 1/4 sendok sayur adonan, ratakan, masak hingga berubah warna dan matang ( jangan sampai kecoklatan ), lakukan terus hingga seluruh bahan habis, sisihkan
Bahan Isi :
200 gr daging giling
1 bh kentang ukuran sedang, potong dadu kecil
2 bh wortel ukuran sedang, potong dadu kecil
1 sdt garam
1/2 sdt gula pasir
1 sdm terigu, cairkan dengan 2 sdm air
bumbu halus :
5 butir bawang merah
3 siung bw putih
1/4 sdt lada bulat
minyak untuk menumis
cara :
- panaskan wajan, masukkan minyak, tumis bw. merah + bw putih hingga harum
- masukkan daging giling, aduk rata, masukkan wortel + kentang, beri sedikit air, aduk rata
- tambahkan garam dan gula, masak hingga matang + empuk, masukkan larutan terigu, aduk rata, masak sebentar hingga mengental, angkat, sisihkan.
Pelengkap :
1 butir telur kocok lepas
200 gr tepung panir
minyak untuk menggoreng
*Penyelesaian :
- ambil selembar kulit, beri 1 sdm adonan isi, lipat, gulung sambil dipadatkan
- gulingkan pada telur kocok, angkat, gulingkan pada tepung panir, lakukan terus hingga habis
- goreng dalam minyak panas dan banyak hingga kuning keemasan, angkat, tiriskan

2 tablespoon cooking oil
directions :
- preheat frying pan, put oil, saute until fragrant
