Spaghetti Tumis

Pertama kali nyobain spaghetti tumis ini pas ada acara di kantor Papa, tanya-tanya sama temen yang bikin ternyata caranya gampang banget .. cuma tinggal cemplang cemplung bahannya, jadi deh ... :D

sekarang jadi salah satu menu andalan klo lagi males masak or pengen masak yang cepet buat sarapan .... hehehe .... ini resepnya hasil coba-coba sendiri @ my beloved kitchen ...

SPAGHETTI TUMIS

bahan :
200 gr spaghetti kering
2 bh sosis yang panjang, potong sesuai selera
1 bh bawang bombay ukuran sedang, potong tipis
100 gr jamur kancing, potong sesuai selera
2 bh cabe merah, iris tipis
daun seledri secukupnya, cincang halus
1 sdm margarin
1/4 sdt lada bubuk
1/2 sdt garam (atau sesuai selera)
1 sdt gula pasir (atau sesuai selera)
cara membuat :
- rebus spaghetti dalam air mendidih hingga lunak, angkat, tiriskan, siram dengan air dingin, sisihkan
- panaskan wajan, masukkan margarin + bawang bombay, tumis hingga harum
- masukkan cabe merah + daun seledri cincang, tumis hingga layu
- masukkan sosis dan jamur kancing, aduk rata
- masukkan spaghetti, aduk rata, tambahkan lada, garam dan gula, aduk rata
- hidangkan hangat

catt :
- untuk sayuran bisa diganti sesuai selera, misalnya diganti Paprika merah/kuning/orange/hijau
- untuk sosis bisa diganti dengan daging asap/salami/bologna

SAUTE SPAGHETTI

ingredients :
200 g dried spaghetti
2 pcs long sausage, sliced
1 pc medium onion, sliced
100 g mushrooms, sliced
2 pcs red chilli, thinly sliced
celery leaves as you like, finely chopped
1 tablespoon margarine
1 / 4 tsp pepper powder
1 / 2 tsp salt (or as you like)
1 tsp sugar (or as you like)
direction :
- boiled spaghetti in boiling water until tender, lift and strain flush with cold water, set aside
- preheat the pan, put margarine + onion, saute until fragrant
- put the red pepper + chopped celery, saute until wilted
- put sausage and mushrooms, stir well
- put the spaghetti, stir well, add pepper, salt and sugar, mix well
- serve warm

note:
- for vegetables can be substituted as you like, for example with Pepperbell
- for sausage can be substituted with bacon / salami / bologna
