Step by Step Ayam Kodok


1. lepaskan kulit ayam dari dagingnya, sisakan tulang bagian sayap


2. siapkan adonan isi



3. masukkan bahan isian hingga ayam terbentuk
jahit bagian leher, tungir dan bila ada yang robek


4. taruh dan atur ayam dalam loyang


5. kukus ayam sekitar 1 jam hingga matang
tusuk-tusuk kulit ayam dengan tusuk gigi agar kulit tidak pecah


6. inilah penampilan ayam setelah dikukus matang


7. panggang hg. kecoklatan

dan inilah hasilnya setelah dihias .... cantik + semok ... :D
