LASAGNA

bahan :
1 bungkus lasagna kering, siap pakai, rebus sebentar dengan air mendidih yang sudah ditambahkan minyak dan garam sampai cukup empuk
taburan :
50 gr keju mozarella
50 gr keju cheddar
saus Bolognese :
250 gr daging sapi cincang
1 bh bawang Bombay ukuran sedang, cincang
4 siung bawang putih, cincang
100 gr tomat pasta
200gr saus tomat
1 sdt oregano kering
1 sdt basil kering
1 sdt rosemary kering
½ sdt lada bubuk
1 sdt gula pasir
2 sdt garam
2 sdm minyak goreng
cara membuat :
- panaskan minyak, tumis bawang bombay + bawang putih hingga harum, masukkan daging cincang, aduk rata.
- masukkan pasta tomat, saus tomat + bumbu2, aduk rata, masak hg. meletup-letup dan agak mengental, angkat, sisihkan.
* Saus Putih
bahan :
2 sdm mentega/margarin
75 gr tepung terigu
1 ltr susu segar
75 gr keju Cheddar parut
2 sdm keju parmesan
1 sdt lada bubuk
½ sdt pala bubuk
1 sdt garam
cara membuat :
panaskan pan dengan api kecil, tuang mentega biarkan leleh, masukkan terigu, aduk hingga rata dan matang, tuangi susu sedikit-sedikit sambil aduk-aduk hingga kental, tambahkan keju, garam, pala bubuk, merica. angkat.
* Penyelesaian :
- Siapkan pinggan tahan panas/loyang olesi dg. mentega/margarin.
- Susun berturut-turut: lasagna, saus daging,saus putih, bahan taburan keju cheddar
- Ulangi menyusun bahan seperti ini hingga bahan habis. Buat hingga 3 lapis.
- Paling atas, beri saus putih dan taburi keju chedar kemudian beri keju mozarella.
- Panggang dalam oven selama 30 menit hingga sedikit kecokelatan.

direction :

- put the tomato paste, tomato sauce, stir, spices, cook until slightly thickened, remove, set aside.
* White Sauce
ingredients:
2 tablespoons butter / margarine
75 g wheat flour
1 ltr of fresh milk
75 g grated Cheddar cheese
2 tablespoons parmesan cheese
1 tsp pepper powder
½ tsp nutmeg powder
1 teaspoon salt
direction :

*Finishing :
