Wedang Jahe

Karena udah masuk winter, sekarang udaranya jadi dingin banget ... nah paling enak memang minum yang anget-anget ... salah satunya wedang jahe ...

minuman tradisional khas Indonesia ini, emang selalu bikin kangen .... bikin yuuukk ...

WEDANG JAHE

Bahan:
1 liter air
200 gr jahe segar, memarkan
150 gr gula merah, cincang kasar
100 gr gula pasir ( atau sesuai selera)
2 lembar daun pandan
1/4 sdt garam

* Pelengkap
santan matang atau susu segar secukupnya

cara membuat :
- didihkan air, masukkan jahe + gula merah + gula pasir + daun pandan + garam, masak terus hingga gula + jahe tercampur rata dan air berkurang
- saring, tuang dalam gelas saji
*catt : bisa dicampur dengan santan matang atau susu segar sesuai selera bila suka
