Macaroni Schotel

Lagi bosen makan nasi, pengen makan sesuatu yang gurih + mengenyangkan tapi ga repot buatnya ... hehehe ... bongkar arsip resep, liat ada resep Macaroni Schotel .... udah lama juga ga bikin .... hhhmmm .... jadi kepengen bikin neh ... udah langsung ngences aja ... ;p



liat persediaan bahan, semuanya ada, ya udah langsung disiapin semuanya ... tapi karena ada beberapa resep baru, jadi penasaran juga neh .... perhatiin satu persatu, ternyata juga ga beda jauh, ya udah dijadiin satu aja, tambahin disini kurangi disana , jadi deh resep baru ala dapur Deana ... hehehe

begitu Bocils pada bangun, langsung nanya .... Mama lagi bikin apa ? ini lho Sayang, Mama bikin Macaroni Schotel, udah lama juga Mama ga bikin, kamu suka kan ? iya, mau mauuuu ...
hihihi ... kompak deh klo begini ... ;p

langsung deh pada ga sabar pengen maem, untung udah tinggal manggang aja ... bikin 2 resep sekalian, jadi 2 loyang pirex besar + 1 mangkuk pirex kecil ... begitu mateng, satu loyang pertama langsung ludes buat sarapan ... hehehe


MACARONI SCHOTEL

bahan:
300 gr macaroni elbow, rebus dalam air mendidih hingga 3/4 matang
200 gr keju cheddar , potong dadu kecil
200 gr daging giling
200 gr salami/daging asap, potong tipis memanjang
500 cc susu cair
5 butir telur, kocok sebentar
1 buah bawang bombay yang besar
2 sdm margarine
1,5 sdt garam
1/2 sdt gula
1/2 sdt pala bubuk
1/2 sdt merica bubuk
cara membuat :
- panaskan margarin, tumis bawang bombay hingga harum, masukkan daging giling, aduk rata, masak hingga daging matang
- masukkan garam + gula + pala + merica, aduk rata, masukkan potongan salami, aduk rata
- masukkan susu cair + telur, aduk rata, masukkan macaroni + keju, aduk rata
- siapkan loyang/pinggan tahan panas 22cm, olesi dengan margarin, tuang adonan, kukus selama kurang lebih 35 menit hingga matang, angkat, sisihkan

* Saus Putih untuk Topping :
400 ml susu cair
2,5 sdm terigu
2 sdm margarin
150 gr keju cheedar, parut
1/2 sdt garam
1/2 sdt merica
cara membuat :
dengan api kecil lelehkan margarine, masukkan terigu sambil diaduk terus hingga rata, tuangkan susu sedikit demi sedikit sambil di aduk terus agar terigu tidak bergerindil, tambahkan garam dan merica, aduk rata, masak hingga agak mengental

* Penyelesaian :
- tuang saus putih diatas macaroni schotel, ratakan, taburi dengan keju parut
- panggang dengan api atas selama kurang lebih 10 menit hingga kuning kecoklatan, hidangkan hangat

MACARONI SCHOTEL

ingredients :
300 g elbow macaroni, cooked in boiling water up to 3 / 4 cooked
200 g cheddar cheese, cut as a small cubes
200 gr minced beef meat
200 gr of salami / bacon, cut into thin lengthwise
500 cc of fresh milk
5 eggs, lightly beaten
1 onion large, cut into small pieces
2 tablespoons margarine
1.5 tsp salt
1 / 2 teaspoon sugar
1 / 2 tsp nutmeg powder
1 / 2 teaspoon pepper
direction:
- heat the margarine, saute onion until fragrant, enter mince, stir, and cook until cooked
- put the nutmeg sugar salt pepper, stir well, put salami meat, mix well
- put the egg, fresh milk, stir well, put macaroni cheese, mix well
- prepare a baking pan / dish 22cm heat resistant, spread with margarine, pour the batter and steam for approximately 35 minutes until cooked, remove, set aside

* White Sauce for Topping :
ingredients :
400 ml of fresh milk
2.5 tbsp flour
2 tablespoons margarine
150 gr cheddar cheese, grated
1 / 2 teaspoon salt
1 / 2 tsp pepper
direction :
preheat pan, put margarine over low heat until melted, put the flour while stirring continues until blended, pour the milk gradually while stirring constantly for wheat until smooth, put salt and pepper, stir well, cook until slightly thickened

* Finishing:
- pour the white sauce over the macaroni schotel,flattened, sprinkle with grated cheese
- baked with fire on for about 10 minutes until golden brown, serve warm
